Oreburgh City

Stardust is hidden at the north tip of a narrow lane, 16 tiles straight west of the south house's door.

Teala hands over the Pal Pad in the first Pokémon Center basement you enter; Sandgem's and Jubilife's remain closed until the Coal Badge.

A worker beside a Machop, 8 tiles east and 2 north of the Oreburgh Mine entrance, hands you a Super Potion.
