Lavaridge Town

A hidden Ice Heal lies 1 tile north and 5 west of the Pokémon Center door in Lavaridge Town; use the Itemfinder to find it.

Inside the Lavaridge Herb Shop, the Herbal Medicine Fan hands over a Charcoal; he stands 2 tiles north and 3 east of the door.

After you beat Flannery, your rival (May if you play Brendan, else Brendan) gives Go-Goggles, letting you cross the desert's sandstorm.
