Three Island

A Zinc sits in a Poké Ball down a dead-end path blocked by a Cut tree, 5 tiles straight south of the Poké Mart door.

A hidden PP Up lies behind a Cut tree in the west part of town near Bond Bridge, 7 tiles south and 1 east of a house door.

The Three Island Defender, 7 tiles west and 3 north of the Pokémon Center door, gives you a Full Restore after you defeat the Biker gang.
