Lavaridge Town

A hidden Ice Heal lies 5 tiles west and 1 north of the Pokémon Center entrance; use the Itemfinder to spot it.

Inside the Herb Shop, the Herbal Medicine Fan 3 tiles east and 2 north of the door gives you a Charcoal.

Your rival steps out of the Herb Shop and hands over Go-Goggles at its entrance right after you beat Flannery at the Lavaridge Gym.
