Kanto · SoulSilver
You can reach this place only after entering the Hall of Fame.
After you win the Earth Badge, Prof. Oak gives HM08 in his Pallet Town lab, 7 tiles straight north of the lab's exit.
After the Embedded Tower catch, Prof. Oak gives the Jade Orb if your party holds a Kyogre from HeartGold and a Groudon from SoulSilver.
